• Each dog and cat has a unique profile including their age, size, history, health and lifestyle issues such as whether they are sedentary, active, exposed to other animals and the outdoors, other animals in the home, etc.



• Surgeries, dentistries and recovery charges may vary depending on size, age, or conditions that may require additional anesthesia, pain medication or additional procedures.



• In order to provide the highest standard of care for each cat and dog, we will discuss our diagnosis and recommend procedures to ensure the safety, health and full recovery for each animal.



• Elective surgeries and procedures are given cost estimates prior to the procedure.



• Your bill reflects the costs of maintaining facilities, equipment and support staff to provide the best level of medical care for your pet.
